This course enables learners to navigate the CRM interface, input customer information, and resolve shipment issues using targeted questions and empathetic communication strategies.
Participated in Tim Slade’s December eLearning Challenge to refine and showcase this project.
The course features voice-over narration, closed captions, on-screen text, and an interactive scenario to simulate real-world customer interactions, ensuring a hands-on, engaging learning experience.
